Hey everyone! I'm sure many of you have noticed the same names around here. I would really like it if you guys could possibly start recruiting over Xbox live. I keep up ads on a ton of websites, but we can have as many people as possible recruiting over Xbox live. But i'll list off a few things i would like you guys and gals to remember.
1. We want quality over quantity. By this i mean we want people that will be dedicated and active. I know you guys cant control how active people are, but don't send out a message to 50 different people. Here's how i recommend doing it: play a match of slayer or any other game type, message the top 3 players overall. If any of them say yes, invite them to a party to get to know them. Ask how often they can get on, etc.
2. Make sure they are mature. That's a bit self explanitory.
3. Here's the requirements to join that should be included in every message: Must be at least 14 years of age(if they are 14, take extra time to make sure they are mature), they must have a working mic, and they must have a working copy of halo reach.
So everyone, tell your friends, or find some nice strangers. And note, that everyone that brings in recruits will be rewarded in some way. It may not be right away, but will definiatley help you in the clan. Thanks a lot guys and gals!
